Lindal provided the Construction Management Services for this medium security Federal Correctional Institution, with living units and support facilities for a rated capacity of 1152 inmates. The total building area is 55,000 meters. Included are three (3) general housing buildings of four levels each, and an exterior, secure, double fence system electronically monitored. Extensive security systems are included within all the buildings. Outside the perimeter security is the Outside Administration Building which includes the Main Control Room for the facility, an Outside Warehouse, a Wastewater Screening Building, and a Hazardous Materials Storage Building.
